Waverly Jones coming to EA!!

Waverly Jones is a versatile aerial artist who specializes in several apparatuses including aerial fabrics, aerial hoop, duo aerial arts, Spanish web, and pole arts. In January of 2011, Waverly became a professional company member of Asheville Aerial Arts, and since then has performed at countless festivals, gala events, fund raisers, carnivals, corporate events, weddings, concerts, and private parties. Waverly continuously pursues education by traveling to schools and studios around the world to learn as much as possible with high level athletes in her fields of expertise. As of July 2015, Waverly is honored to co-own Empyrean Arts, Asheville’s first and only certified pole and aerial studio with her aerial partner and dear friend, Heather Poole. She has completed an instructor certification in pole dance and fitness from Dakota Fox’s Aradia Fitness USA, and recently teamed up with her studio partner, Heather, to create Aerial Silks and Lyra teacher training programs for Aradia Fitness. Waverly deeply enjoys connecting with others through performance and instruction of aerial and pole arts.

We’re so excited to have Waverly back at Elevated Aerials this spring!! She is a beast on the fabric & lyra and we know she’s got some killer moves to share with you all!

Last Winter Workshop Series!

Finally feeling comfortable with cross back straddle in the sling? Come explore unique entries and exits in this 90 minute CROSS BACK SLING PLAY workshop. Learn some of Brittany’s signature sequences, drops and even fun challenging ways to open the sling from cross back!

*Minimum of 3 students needed for this workshops to take place. If we do not reach our minimum required, you will be notified via email no less than two hours before the start of this workshop and will be fully refunded or may use the credit towards another workshop. 

Prerequisites: 
This is an intermediate-advanced level workshop. Students must be able to perform standard cross back straddle in the sling multiple times in a row. Must be able to perform inverts from standing in the sling.

Valentine’s Day Weekend <3

Does anyone really need an excuse to pop that cork and let out the bubbles?? Join Passion Productions for Bubbly, a Valentine’s soirée celebrating love, life, champagne, and the 1920’s! On February 15th, guests will enjoy a unique Art Deco inspired atmosphere in one of Over-the-Rhine’s historic theater venues, The Woodward Theater. The evening’s entertainment will feature dazzling aerialists & dancers in an atmosphere perfect for toasting with your special someone. You might even see a lollipop performance with our owner, Brittany Naegel on the stage!

THIS weekend!!

Have you been dying to see some aerial art?! Well, now is your chance! Our girls Candace Sacksteder & Cassandra Adams are performing this Saturday, Feb 2 at 3 Points Urban Brewery for the Lunar New Year. Come out and celebrate with us! Footlock Tree w/ Holly Price!

Our very own Holly Price is sharing the love of her footlock tree with you all this winter!! She has created an aerial silk footlock tree that shows how all the moves are connected and how they can stem from one another. Come explore and see how interconnected the skills are! Learn new pathways, and explore new entries into some of your favorite skills.
She is teaching three Footlock Tree Workshops this winter. Each workshop will grow to become more complex. Join us this coming Friday night for the second of the three workshops she has in store for us this winter!
