Jenn Bruyer has been immersed in aerial arts since 2008. She is driven by her focus on silks and sling (hammock) but also enjoys exploring cord lisse, trapeze, lyra, net and rope & harness. She has coached, choreographed and performed across the US from New York to Alaska. And has recently resettled in Seattle, WA after completing a 5 month 25 city workshop tour. As an Aerial Coach, she seeks to provide the highest quality progressive instruction to aerialists of all abilities from novice to professional performer. Her mission as a human is to cultivate a warm, non-judgmental learning environment that fosters community, to build personal physical and emotional strength within the individuals who participate in this environment and methodically construct a vehicle by which to create art.
We are so incredibly stoked to have Jenn (aka HeelHang) out to EA! She’ll be teaching three workshops with us. Two 90 minute workshops for our intermediate/advanced silk students and one 2 hour all levels sling workshop! Grab them while you can, spots are very limited!!

Long before Kelsey took to the air, she was a hula hoop dancer. She has been involved with the flow and movement arts for nearly a decade, and had her first experience with the aerial arts at Kinetic Fire. She regularly travels to teach and attend flow festivals.
Kelsey began her aerial journey 6 years ago, and has been teaching various forms of aerial for 3. She obtained her Lyra certification through Aradia Fitness, in April of 2016. Kelsey has trained with aerialists from all over, and believes that everyone has something to share! We are thrilled to have Kelsey be a part of our team here at EA and we hope that you will all give her a warm welcome next time you’re in class!
Kelsey is available to travel for workshops and private lessons at: firstname.lastname@example.org

Saturday, October 27th from 9PM-1AM
Located at: 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati 609 Walnut Street, Cincinnati 45202
The haunting season draws near again and 21c Cincinnati invites you to delve deeper into the forest and be whisked away by the Creatures of the Night. We’ll have Planet Venus spinning in the Main Gallery as C Jacqueline Wood conjures the visual palette of this Secret Garden Redux. Pones, Dancefix by HBDC, and Elevated Aerials will spread dance among the masses while Floyd Johnson of OATW: Ohio Against The World launches a new photobooth concept to memorialize the evening.
Costumes are highly encouraged for entry into a judged #costumecontestwith prizes, including a one night stay at 21c Cincinnati or dinner for two at award-winning restaurant Metropole. #TheSpaat21c offers the grand prize of a couple’s massage for the best duo costume of the evening. Judges Judith Escariot, Heather Britt from Dancefix, Pam Kravetz and a representative of ACLU of Ohio will determine the winners of what is expected to be a fierce competition.
No costume? No problem! The Queen City’s elite makeup professionals will be on hand to help you manifest your inner creature, free of charge.
Metropole will be concocting creepy cocktails and a special Halloween punch as well as offering a cash bar.
Plan to dine before the festivities? Reservations are available at the restaurant; call 513-578-6660. And while Halloween encourages all to be who they please, they still must be 21 to access to what the secret garden holds.
The event is #free, but there is a suggested donation of $10, which will benefit ACLU of Ohio.

Our first student showcase was a huge success!! We couldn’t possibly be more proud of everyone who helped out, came, supported and especially those who performed! It’s been a joy to watch everyone’s confidence grow, both in the air and on the ground. We are so blessed to be surrounded by such a loving and supportive community!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank YOU!!
