The health and safety of our students is our number one priority! That is why we offer a FREE injury prevention workshop each quarter for our students to take advantage of. Our guest instructor for this summer’s injury prevention workshop will be Dylan Rose.
Dylan is a competitive powerlifter and has been studying and attending seminars about training athletes for the past 8 years. He is currently enrolled at UC for exercise and fitness and is looking forward to sharing information on preparing ones body for aerial arts with us THIS COMING SATURDAY!
